If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 7 days of purchase to receive an exchange for an item of the same value. Please note that we cannot provide exchange on sale items. Returning your product to emmajane is at your own expense. emmajane cover the cost of posting the exchanged item to you. To return your product and obtain an exchange, please email us at emmajanedesigns@hotmail.com notifying us of the problem. We’ll be in touch to advise you of the following steps. We may decline to offer an exchange if the item is on sale or the returned product is damaged by someone other than a emmajane team member or the manufacturer.
