Bracelet length approximately 18.5cm. If you require a different length, send us a message and we'll change it accordingly.

Purchases are shipped within 3 working days. We will always send you out an email confirming that your item(s) have been posted. Items sent within Australia generally take 2 to 3 working days to arrive from postage date. International items generally take no more then 14 working days (usually quicker) from postage date. However in busy periods such as Christmas, it may take a bit longer. Please be aware that occasionally packages get caught up in customs.

We hope you are delighted with your order but if you are disatisfied, we are happy to offer a full refund (excluding postage and packing fees) provided the item is returned within 14 days of the date the item is received and is in it’s original, unworn condition. This does not apply to items which have been altered to your specifications or earrings due to hygiene reasons. Please note that the return postage is at the customer’s expense. It is advisable to get a receipt of postage when you are sending items to us, in case they get lost in the post. We recommend insuring items of high value when sending them back to us.
