If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 30 days of purchase to receive a credit note or exchange for an item of the same or lesser value. Please note that we cannot provide a credit note or exchange on sale items. Returning your product to Reverie is at your own expense. We cover the cost of posting the exchanged item to you. To return your product and obtain a credit note or exchange, please follow these simple steps: 1. Email us at info@reverie.net.au notifying us of the problem. 2. Put the item in the parcel and use bubble wrap if provided. Products must be in their original condition and packaging. 3. When we receive the product, we'll send you an email to inform you that it has arrived safely at our warehouse. Exchanges may take an additional 2 to 10 days to arrive at your address. We may decline to offer a credit note or exchange if the item is on sale or the returned product is damaged by someone other than a Reverie team member or the manufacturer.
