Sheer Sumba delivers its must have garments around the globe. We use Australia Post (Express Post Platinum) and Express Courier International as both our Australia-wide and International courier to offer you the fastest and most efficient delivery possible. We have a flat rate for delivery of $10.00AUD within Australia and the rate for International orders will be charged according to the country zone.
Delivery
- Parcels will be delivered between 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday; If you have any special requests add them in the notes section on the payment page. Please note that someone must be available to receive the parcel.
- Goods require a signature on delivery, so please ensure you nominate a suitable address (work address if possible) so you can receive the goods once they arrive;
- We are unable to redirect goods once the order has been dispatched;
- In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, a card will be left to inform you that your parcel is available for collection from your local Post Office. If the parcel is not collected, returned to us and required to be dispatched a second time, you will be charged an additional shipping fee and the same rules (as above) will apply to this new delivery;
- Order cut-off times and delivery time-frames are provided as a guide only, and may alter if there is any delay in payment authorisation being completed;
- We do not take responsibility for any unforeseen circumstances which may cause your delivery to be late. These include strikes, natural disasters and any other reasons beyond our control.
- Multiple shipping addresses - We can only ship orders to a single shipping address.
- Tracking Your Order - Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification from Sheer Sumba containing details of how to track your order. During the transit period, if you have any queries regarding the whereabouts of your goods, you may contact the carrier directly online or by phone and quote your reference number for information.
Returns Policy
You must notify Sheer Sumba of your intention to return an item within seven days of delivery by emailing stephanie@sheersumba.com.au.
Once we receive your return, please allow 7 days for processing.
All returned items must be in original condition. Items must be unwashed, unworn and include all original tags and packaging.
Faulty Garments
Sheer Sumba has the right to assess the age and condition of returned merchandise that has been worn prior to offering a refund or exchange. Unless the merchandise is deemed a genuine manufacturers fault, exchanges and refunds will not be provided after use.
