Ruba Design
Ruba Design was born when interior designer, Sonia Attard and award-winning designer, Lisa Vincitorio explored ways to use recycled tyre matting. The material is extremely durable and is created out of car and truck tyres as well as left over’s from manufacturing of shoe soles. The exciting new collection includes placemats, coasters, mouse pads and a desk set. With a strong environmental focus, all the designs are made from the recycled tyre material and they won’t bend out of shape, are warm and inviting to touch, waterproof, heat resistant, dishwasher safe, non-slip and you can have any colour as long as it’s black!
