We will endeavour to ship all orders on the day they are received. In Australia you can expect your order in approximately 4 business days. For international orders it generally takes up to 10 business days to arrive. For international orders timing is dependent on postal services and customs in the country where the parcel is being delivered.
Faux Pas will accept returns where a product is defective or you are not satisfied with our garment. Please contact us first via email to info@fauxpasonline.com with your details and a description of the garment you wish to return. We will then reply with instructions on where to send your garment. Returns must be requested within 25 days of placing your order. We do not refund postage costs, and return postage is at your personal expense. All returned items must be in original, unworn and unwashed condition otherwise the return will not be accepted.
