How long does it take to process an order?

Express delivery anywhere within Australia.
Flat rate: AUD$8.00. Shipping time: Next business day.
(For rural deliveries allow an extra 2 days for delivery).
International:
Express Delivery outside Australia. Flat rate: AUD$20.00 Shipping time: 7 business days.
Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of international orders, as some packages can be held up in customs in the destination country. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Horselove cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
Overseas deliveries are subject to local import duties and taxes which the customer is responsible for upon receipt, and may be affected by Customs and Excise delays. Horselove offers a full credit of the purchase price or an exchange on any item which is found to be faulty or defective, within 7 days of the date of invoice (Australia) and within 30 days for overseas orders.) Please note we are unable to accept a return or exchange for a sale item.
Exchanges for faulty products are accepted to the value of the purchase price, less the postage. Please return the item unwashed and unworn in its original packaging along with your receipt. Horselove does not accept ‘change of mind’ refunds. Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly billing statement. We are unable to guarantee that exchange merchandise will be available at the time your order is processed. In these instances your original form of payment will be refunded.
